ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has shipped. Please review all items in your cart carefully before a purchase is made as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders can be canceled, but they can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately there is nothing we can do and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. Please review those items in your cart before you complete your check out, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under my orders.
Unfortunately I am unable to issue refunds or replacements for parcels lost in transit or stolen. Most items are limited release and once they are sold out, we no longer have the item in stock. We also can not be held responsible for items that are stolen in transit. Brite & Bubbly is a very very small business and unfortunately the postal system and shipping providers do occasionally lose items in transit and this is out of our control.
We do everything to ensure that your order will reach you and all orders (if possible) will be shipped with tracking. All orders are also sent out with a return address. If an order goes missing and it does not but get to you and we do not receive it back, there is nothing that can be done unfortunately and we will apologize for the inconvenience. If we do receive and order back we will contact you with the reason why it was sent back and charge for shipping once again if we need to attempt to ship it back out to you.
If your order doesn't arrive after the designated shipping time (usually within 30 days), please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can contact the post office for you. We can also send you a discount code if you'd like to re-order. That is unfortunately all we can do. Once we've handed an order over to the United States post office or shipping provider, it's quite literally out of our hands and we are trusting the shipping provider to get you your order. If they do not, the provider is solely at fault. Please track your package!
