Which shipping options do you offer and how much is shipping?

Within The USA:

USPS (United States Postal Service) Domestic First Class Mail Shipping and USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Small, Medium, and Large Flat Rate Box Shipping With Delivery Confirmation.

International:

USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class International Mail and USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International.

Which shipping service do you use?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise discussed prior to shipping.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are sent out within 2-3 working days excluding all major holidays in which the post office is closed. If you place an order at the weekend or on a Friday, it won't be shipped until the following Monday. We hand delivery all packages to the post office ourselves.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For the USA orders it usually takes 2-5 days, depending on weather of course.

International mail can take anywhere fro 10-30 days or longer as quoted by the United States Postal Service.

The Post Office and shipping isn't 100% perfect and predictable. Sometimes things arrive when predicted, other times they disappear for a week or two then turn up suddenly. Or shipments may disappear with out a trace. This is all out of our control unfortunately as we can't control the shipping providers nor can we be held responsible for missing in transit packages. 

It's been a few days and my order still hasn't arrived?

Please be patient and always allow a little extra time for delivery! It might take a while for your item to arrive if you are overseas. Please see designated time frames mentioned above and check your tracking. If you live in the USA, you should have your order relatively quickly with in a week or two. Please track your package to see shipping updates.

USA Domestic packages are deemed "lost" after 30 days from shipment date. Canada and International packages are deemed “lost” after 45 days from shipment date. Singapore and Malaysia have a special exemption of 60 days and Brazil has a 120-day exemption. Packages are not considered "lost" until after the posted date.

I placed an order but changed my mind, what should i do?

If we have not shipped your package, we can cancel it for you. If the product has been shipped, we can not cancel your order unfortunately. Please review all items in your cart and make final decisions before placing any order as all sales are final. Please see our return policy. 

How is postage calculated?

We use the standard shipping calculator from Shipstation/USPS. We do add a small charge for the envelopes, stamps, boxes, and packaging materials for your order which will be included with your shipping charges. That small amount pays for all of the above in order to get your packages to you. 

It's been a month but my order still isn't here?

In the very rare occurrence that your order is lost and simply fails to arrive after the designated lost time, Unfortunately there is a possibility that occasionally items do vanish in transit or items are stolen in transit, especially when you consider the distances some of the orders have to travel. There isn't really an anything that we can do about this.

We do everything we can to ensure that your order will reach you. We take each item to the post office personally. Orders are usually sent out with a tracking number to track all packages and a return address so items can be returned to sender if needed. If nothing gets to you and nothing comes back to us, there's not a lot we can do except apologize.

We can offer you a discount to re-order your items if they are still in stock. I am unable to issue a refund or replacement for lost orders as it's simply out of our control and no fault of our own. All sales are final. 

In the unlikely event your package does get lost or stolen and the tracking is not updating or shows it was delivered and you still don't have your package, we can verify the address you provided to make sure it was sent to the correct location, but you will also need to contact your postal service provider or if your package was stolen, call the police! We will be happy to contact the Unites States postal service for you with your tracking number to see what can be done to track it down, but that's about all we can do unfortunately for lost packages.

Please always ensure that you provide an accurate and correct address for delivery. We are not at fault if your order gets lost because of an incorrect shipping address was provided with your order at checkout. Please Note: You will be charged again for shipping to ship it out again if your order is returned and marked incomplete or incorrect address.
